Unusual show, good music, sadly underattended

KK37 Genesee Theatre, Waukegan

Joey Molland was excellent and although he only played four songs (no real "Badfinger" band here) he was charming, funny, told good stories, and chose the set well. Rick Derringer was good and put himself into this entire show, but he was a bit pompous and not always musical. Family Stone was awesome - never thought I'd see them live. But the audience was sparse! Wow.

Mitch Ryder was fantastic-his voice was stronger than ever. Rick Derringer and his band(who also played for Mitch Ryder and badfinger) were great. My wife and i didn't care for the family stone.
