Reserveage Organics Reviews

Senior management seem sto be people who are lost in their careers and seem to be trying to prove something. There is a lot of finger pointing in the environment which has lowered employee morale. The roles are not well defined which results in employees doing work that's not their responsibility. Overall, not efficient. Lots of rework because of lack of trust in employees.

Advice to Management

Make this an enjoyable place to work. Many employees come into work knowing that they're going to be yelled at about something, and that's not a way to run a company. Better technology is also necessary. Desktops are a thing of the past.

I gained excellent leadership skills and quickly learned to become an excellent public speaker. We were presented multiple opportunities to work with various celebrities. In the beginning, the company had a great open door policy. The staff itself was mostly comprised of younger people in their twenties. Given the staff's overall young age we were all given strong leadership positions within the company. I truly enjoyed the team environment that Reserveage seemed to promote. I considered the staff not only my colleagues but close friends and keep in touch with most of them today.

I worked here for two years and overall loved the first year. After the first year the company began to grow too quickly for its own good. They experienced over a 90% turnover and it seemed to leave upper management unphased. I watched the company grow from 20 employees to over 80 and then down to 30 within 12 months. Overall, the company seemed very disorganized and didn't seem like it had an overall vision. Management was very quick to fire people instead of providing them with coaching. Overall, the environment became a toxic place to work and the majority of the staff seemed very unhappy and overworked. We went from a thriving work environment to feeling like we needed to get out as quickly as possible to avoid being laid off.

Advice to Management

Develop a solid HR plan so employees feel that their needs are met. Management should focus more on employee wellness and understand that if employees are happy then they will invest more into the company. More effort needs to be made to make sure employees feel valuable and aren't easily replaceable. Management need to develop a stronger vision for its future.

The building where the office is located in Boca Raton is beautiful. Honestly, that is the only pro.

Negative employee attitudes and less-than-professional behavior can poison the workplace atmosphere, but when management is the leading example and assists in fostering these attributes, you have a recipe for disaster.
Reserveage creates a hostile working environment for all who walk through their doors and the high turnover ratio is proof that this company his issues that start at the top.
Complaining to Human Resources was futile as employee benefits took a priority to employee morale.
The comments listed on Glass Door could not be more accurate. With that said, some of the issues could have been resolved if it weren't for the fact that upper level management is condescending and inadequately inept to handle the situations placed before them.
Bottom line, an Entrepreneur has no business running a business. The woman at the helm of this sinking ship has the tendency to ignore staff when she doesn't get her way or become upset. She micro-manages everyone and everything and this in-turn makes every department unproductive. The company over-pays upper management who may have the knowledge to get the job done, but given the unorganized level of chaos, cannot humanly possible assist the company in succeeding.
All this malarkey about being environmentally sustainable and they are the biggest bunch of wasteoids! Once again, Madame President being one of the worst. Everything for show with no substance. If she was really concerned about being environmentally friendly she might start by wearing environmentally friendly clothes; however, I don't think Prada and Gucci are on the "Fair Trade" circuit nor are their products recycled. Yet she forces everyone below her to use environmentally friendly products. Very hypocritical!!
A viable company? I think not. The company is losing money hand over foot, again, a true testament to the fact that the owner is too busy being a spend-thrift then working to build her company. One would think that if she was really concerned she would start by reading these posts and learning from them. But her ego is just too big to admit she has faults that she should work on. She makes for a great face of the company but that is where her involvement should end.
The staff is frustrated and they have every right to be.
If you choose to work here, that is your prerogative and I look forward to hearing your rant here on glass door in the near future.

Advice to Management

Organize. Plan. Be Accountable. Stop passing the buck and playing the blame game. Your staff is human. And Slave Labor was outlawed years ago!

It is really hard to list pro's for this company. It's not a great place to work. Upper management congratulates you when you put your two weeks notice in. They know that most employees are dissatisfied and are happy for you when you go. If you love last minute 'fire drills', this place is perfect for you!

There is no room for career growth. Lot's of employee turnover. Upper management asks for way too much, providing few and limited resources. Lots of planning with little to no action. You will be asked to do alot work for no reason. I never realized how much I disliked working here until I went to a truly great company. If you need a paycheck, this place could be perfect for you. If you are looking for a career, or even happiness, pass.
